If you are a new mom and looking for some exercises to do with your little one. Here are some fun ideas from Our Five Favorite Mom And Baby Exercises by Oh Baby Fitness.
The five exercises listed below make an awesome workout and can be so much fun for you and the baby. Think about doing this outdoors with the baby to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful spring weather.
1. Baby Deadlifts
Using the baby instead of weights is a way to bond with baby and have tons of fun. To perform this, hold your baby under his armpits while keeping your back straight, chest lifted and knees soft. Lower baby until his feet touch the ground, then pull with the backs of your legs to come back to standing. Take 3 sets of 15 to strengthen your hamstrings and glutes.
2. Stairs Walking
This exercise is good way to start to build up your strength and get your heart pumping. Hold baby close to your chest and make sure your entire foot is on each step for safety. Try to take 10 flights, but be sure you don’t compromise safety for speed.
3. Baby Bicep Curls
Your baby will be cooing with this one. Hold your baby face down horizontally, engage your abs while lifting your pelvic floor, then curl baby up and give a big belly kiss. Try for a set of 20, or as many as your giggling baby allows.
4. Push Ups
This one focuses on the chest, triceps and abdominal muscles. Inhale as you lower towards baby, kiss his belly and then exhale as you push back up. Try for 3 sets of 15 today.
5. Bridge
And to end your workout try some serious glute and hamstring work. Place your baby on your hips facing you, dig your heels into the mat and exhale as you lift your hips. Return to the ground or hover your hips between reps to make it more difficult. Try for a set of 30.

Are you are a busy parent on the go and looking for some nutritious and easy snacks to pack for the baby? Whether you have travel plans or running errands, here are some awesome ideas from Healthy and Nutritious Snacks for Baby.
Snacks are usually introduced to the baby around 8 months old, but always check with your pediatrician about solid foods and any allergy risks for your baby. Fruit is always a good place to start-banana, apple and pear. Baking apples and dicing them are an easy finger food. Make sure to use a sturdy ziplock bag so the fruit does not get squashed in your diaper bag or purse.
Soft cooked veggies are also a good choice. Steam some vegetables and then freeze in small portions then they can be fed to your baby at room temperature or heated up.
